Musaab M. Al Mubarak

Musaab is a leading HR Executive with over 11 years of experience, in which he played a vital role in creating multiple successful stories through leading organizational startups, transitions, transformations and change management initiatives from human resources perspective. Musaab had very high exposure throughout his career journey given he worked in various industries such as energy, petrochemical, and oil & gas under different sectors (private, publicly listed, and multinational corporation). This has allowed Musaab to be a strong leader and HR subject matter expert. 

Previously, as HR Senior Manager, Musaab was one of the taskforce leaders that established HR organization in one of Aramco joint ventures where he led transition project for phasing out from shareholder’s shared services, building HR structure, policies, procedures and systems. During that time, he managed the human capital programs for Saudi young professionals and led a project to reposition the Company’s total rewards programs toward market competitiveness.  

Musaab holds MBA specialized in Risk Management from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University and Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System (MIS) from Prince Mohammed Bin Fahad University (PMU). He obtained several executive certificates such as Executive mini EMBA from National University of Singapore (NUS), Leadership program from London Business School (LBS), High Potential Leaders from Stanford Business School (SBS), and other valuable certificates.
