Basil H. Al-Hajjaj

Mr. Basil H. Al-Hajjaj is the Chief Financial Officer of Mukamalah Aviation Company Ltd. (Mukamalah). He is a highly experienced certified management accountant (CMA) with a diverse progressive experience in finance, corporate governance, internal controls, risk assessment, and operations management. In addition, his work experience extends to cover the process of liquidation and the winding up of businesses in Saudi Arabia and the British Virgin Islands.

Basil holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Alberta. In addition, he is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Furthermore, Basil has 24 years of experience at Saudi Aramco working in various organizations including Internal Auditing, Operations Accounting Department, Joint Ventures Support & Financial Consulting Department, Capital Programs & Contract Compliance Department. He also held the position of a Chief Financial Officer at Sino Saudi Gas Limited (SSGL) and Saudi Engines Manufacturing Company (Makeen) before joining Mukamalah.
