Nayef Saef AlOtaibi

Mr. Al-Otaibi was appointed as Saudi Aramco’s Vice President/Chief Digital Officer on January 1, 2023, moving from his previous role as the Manager of the Organization Consulting department (OCD) of Human Resources at Saudi Aramco. Prior to that, Mr. Al Otaibi was a corporate advisor in the Strategy and Organization department at Saudi Aramco from February to December 2018.  Mr. Al-Otaibi also held various long-term leadership assignments at Saudi Aramco, including acting as Chief Engineer, General Manager Community Services Operations, Manager of Human Resources Policy & Planning department and Manager of Human Resources Staffing Services department. He also led the Human Resources (HR) transformation program and the business process reengineering under the corporate accelerated transformation program.

Mr. Al Otaibi joined Saudi Aramco in June 1997, after earning a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and has completed a number of leadership courses, including the UEP INSEAD Advanced Management Program.  Mr. Al Otaibi is also a certified Lean Six Sigma black belt and has a Process Improvement Certificate (PIC).
