Hani Ali Mohammed

With more than 23 years of extensive experience in Internal Auditing and Finance, Mr. Mohammed is part of the Controller’s organization at Saudi Aramco and currently serving as Director of Operations Accounting Department.  Mr. Mohammed began his career with Saudi Aramco as an Internal Auditor assigned to the Operational Audits Department.  Over the years, he held positions of growing responsibility including, Manager of Affiliate Support & Financial Consulting Department, Head of Policy and Corporate Finance Strategy, CFO of Aramco Overseas Company and CFO of International Maritime Industries Company.  Mr. Mohammed is on the Board of Directors for Mukamalah, Pandlewood Corporation, Investment Management Company, Tashelat Marketing Company, Aramco Fuels Poland and Aramco Lubricants & Retail Company and was previously a Director of Aramco Overseas Company, UK Limited and Saudi Petroleum Limited.  He is a BAC member of Aramco Ventures LLC and also the CEO of Vela International Marine Limited and the CFO of Saudi Aramco Sukuk Company.

Mr. Mohammed, a certified internal auditor, has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals complemented by executive training from the GCC Board of Directors Institute, INSEAD, LBS, Wharton, and Harvard
